Working on behalf of diverse real estate participants has given Shawn the ability to see transactions from all sides and generate creative, flexible solutions. In addition to his transactional work, Shawn often consults on the real estate aspects of litigation and on complex title and conveyancing issues and construction lien matters. In March 2014, he was granted the Ontario Volunteer Service Award from the Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration, Province of Ontario in recognition of a 5-year award for continued services.
