Matthew Katsionis is an experienced trial lawyer practising exclusively in family law in Vancouver. A former teacher, he brings a nuanced understanding of both family dynamics and the legal system to every case. Known for his pragmatic and strategic approach, Matthew prioritizes negotiation and alternative dispute resolution, but is a skilled advocate when cases proceed to trial. He has appeared at all levels of court in BC and has several published decisions on complex family law matters. Matthew is also an active volunteer with the Justice Education Society of BC.

He is a practising mediator with the Alberta Family Mediation Society and a member of Family Mediation Canada and the ADR Institute of Alberta.

Amanda Marsden is a Managing Partner and senior family lawyer at Crossroads Law with a distinctive background in both psychology and corporate law. Before focusing exclusively on family law, she practised at a national firm, gaining experience that now informs her work in the high-net-worth property division and complex family matters. Known for her empathetic, client-focused approach, Amanda is dedicated to making the legal process clear and accessible while supporting clients through emotionally challenging transitions. She prioritizes negotiated resolutions through mediation and arbitration but is also a strong advocate in court when needed. Amanda also volunteers her time supporting vulnerable populations, including victims of domestic violence and newcomers to Canada.
