As the managing partner of Gluckstein Lawyers, Charles has continued to put our firm’s growth, success, and community engagement at the forefront of his business planning. In 2021, amidst the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic, Charles remained confident and steadfast in his commitment to, and support of, his entire staff across Ontario. From the outset of the pandemic, Charles provided his employees with the flexibility to work remotely and held frequent Virtual Town Halls with his staff to ensure they received the tools and supports they need for success, optimal performance, and productivity. Charles has guaranteed that Gluckstein Lawyers reflects a robust, ever evolving, and diverse group of lawyers, licensed paralegals, and support staff, amongst other essential staff involved with the firm. Since taking over Gluckstein Lawyers, which was founded in 1962 by his father, Bernard Gluckstein, Charles has continued to push the bounds of the firm to encompass a greater reach, and to thoroughly provide full circle care to his clients. Charles continues to reflect on and identify any gaps in the business to clarify how collaboration, performance, and productivity can be strengthened. Charles advocates for results that achieve maximum recovery of lifestyle for each one of his clients. Charles is a Specialist in Civil Litigation which encompasses personal injury, motor vehicle claims, medical and professional negligence, as well as occupier’s liability issues. Charles commands a thorough knowledge of all relevant Automobile Legislation, providing trusted experience for all aspects of dispute resolution.
