Ena Chadha (Ontario Bar 1994) is a highly respected and experienced human rights lawyer, investigator, educator and mediator. A proud member of the South Asian community of Brampton, she has dedicated her career to equality rights and conflict resolution. With in-depth knowledge of human rights processes and systemic discrimination, Ena’s practice includes conducting climate reviews and impartial investigations into complex allegations of racism, disability accommodation, sexual harassment and toxic environments. She provides training, policy development and consultations in human rights to public and private sector employers. From July 2020-August 2021, Ena served as Chief Commissioner of the Ontario Human Rights Commission, leading the OHRC during a transition period and the unprecedented challenges of the COVID19 pandemic. Currently appointed as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Human Rights Legal Support Centre, Ena is a well-respected author and commentator on equality rights issues. In addition to her commitment to social justice, Ena is an active disability and gender rights volunteer and a sessional lecturer with Schulich School of Business. Ena has an LL.M. (research) from Osgoode Hall Law School and holds certificates in Advance Alternate Dispute Resolution (Negotiations & Mediations); Intensive Trial Advocacy; and Mental Health Law.
Andrea is an Employee Learning and Development professional with two years of experience who is passionate about using her skills to implement innovative and pioneering HR initiatives to drive a culture of professional development. Her strengths lay in people and relationship management, critical thinking and delivering behaviour change projects with an innovative twist. She has been responsible for introducing compliance learning tailored to our significantly diverse employee base of over 12,000 and using her skills to create engagement for and roll out of 'Altogether Autism & Neurodiversity awareness programme at The Warehouse Group. She has shifted the way our team engages with learning, cultivating a continuous learning and development culture specific to their journey.
